Poems

I am a good listener and a kind person
I wonder about the oceans and sea life
I hear the breeze blowing through leaves
I see a sea turtle swimming
I want to dive deeper
I am a good listener and a kind person

I pretend to dance
I feel intrigued
I touch a sea dragon
I worry about the future
I cry when my friends do as well
I am an explorer of things

I understand how the earth turns
I say we are all connected
I dream of more travels
I hope to succeed
I am an explorer of things

Eager
Melodic
Inquisitive
Late
Young

Wondering
Earthy
Literate
Laughable
Spiffy

I really liked the repetition you had in your acrostic poem. Where would like to travel to? Good descriptive words for your portrait poem!

I’m not a big fan of the ocean, but my older sister is. She is a marine biologist, and like you, she loves the ocean and is very curious about marine life.
